What is Slycup MDM?

Slycup MDM is a cloud-hosted Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform that allows organizations, resellers, and individuals to remotely manage Android devices enrolled via Device Owner mode.

Administrators can enforce policies, configure DNS filtering, control installed apps, manage VPN rules, set screen-time schedules, and push configuration changes to enrolled devices in real time.

How we use email

We send only transactional emails — messages that are directly triggered by account activity. We do not send newsletters, promotions, or any unsolicited marketing messages.

• Password reset — sent when a user requests a reset link. Expires after 1 hour and is single-use.
• Payment failed — sent when a subscription renewal cannot be processed.
• Subscription cancelled — sent when a device subscription is cancelled.
• Subscription activated — sent when a new paid subscription is created.

Email sending practices

• All emails are sent via Amazon SES from a verified sender address
• Recipients are only people who created an account on this platform
• Every email is directly triggered by an action the recipient took
• No third-party mailing lists or marketing platforms are used
